Mario Kart Wii has a few fun races but ultimately feels based around a very closed world with ultimately only 3 online playable mode with the same tracks from the "story" mode. The game starts to feel a bit grindy-ish the closer you approach the end of the game, the lack of content leaves you with the only option to grind to a perfect 3-star rating. Ultimately, the game would be a great buy for the person who picks up a game just to play through 1 or 2 races with a friend. Marios friendly face does not make up for the enormous content void in Mario Kart Wii.
